Liability for content
All content on our website has been created with the utmost care and to the best of our knowledge. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the content. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 para. 1 TMG (German Telemedia Act) and general laws. However, according to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general laws remain unaffected by this.
However, liability in this regard is only possible from the time we become aware of a specific legal violation. If we become aware of the above-mentioned legal violations, we will remove this content immediately.
Limitation of liability for external links
Our website contains links to external third-party websites. We have no influence on the content of these directly or indirectly linked websites. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the content of these ‘external links’. The service provider of the page to which reference is made is solely liable for illegal, incorrect or incomplete content and in particular for damage resulting from the use or non-use of such information, not the person who merely refers to the respective publication via links.
If we become aware of any infringements, we will remove the external links immediately.

4 Cookies
4.1 We use cookies on our website that collect your data exclusively using pseudonyms. Cookies are small text files that a website generates and that your internet browser stores on your hard drive when you visit the website. You can prevent the use of cookies at any time by setting your internet browser so that it does not accept new cookies or alerts you to new cookies. You can also delete cookies that have already been stored in your internet browser settings. Help on changing your cookie settings can be found, for example, in the help function of your internet browser. First name, surname
Street, house number
Region, city, postcode

6.1 If you contact us via the contact form on our website, we will store your name, your e-mail address and the content of your message.

7.3 Use of customer data for direct marketing
7.3.1 Registration for our email newsletter
If you register for our email newsletter, we will send you regular information about our offers. The only mandatory information required to send you the newsletter is your email address. Providing further data is voluntary and will be used to address you personally. We use the double opt-in procedure to send the newsletter. This means that we will only send you an email newsletter once you have expressly confirmed that you agree to receive the newsletter. We will then send you a confirmation email asking you to confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter in future by clicking on a corresponding link.
By activating the confirmation link, you give us your consent to use your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. When you register for the newsletter, we store your IP address entered by your Internet service provider (ISP) as well as the date and time of registration in order to be able to trace any possible misuse of your email address at a later date. The data collected by us when you subscribe to the newsletter will be used exclusively for the purpose of advertising via the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link provided in the newsletter or by sending a message to the controller named above. After you have unsubscribed, your email address will be deleted from our newsletter distribution list immediately, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use your data in a manner that is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this statement.
7.3.2 Sending the email newsletter to existing customers
If you have provided us with your email address when purchasing goods or services, we reserve the right to regularly send you offers for similar goods or services from our range by email. In accordance with Section 7 (3) of the German Unfair Competition Act (UWG), we do not need to obtain your separate consent for this. Data processing in this respect is based solely on our legitimate interest in personalised direct advertising in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. If you initially objected to the use of your email address for this purpose, we will not send you any emails. You are entitled to object to the use of your email address for the aforementioned advertising purpose at any time with effect for the future by notifying the controller named at the beginning. You will only incur transmission costs at the basic rates for this. Upon receipt of your objection, the use of your email address for advertising purposes will be discontinued immediately.
7.3.3 Newsletter dispatch via Klaviyo
Our email newsletters are sent via the technical service provider ‘Klaviyo’, 225 Franklin St, Boston, MA 02110, USA (http://www.klaviyo.com/), to whom we pass on the data you provided when registering for the newsletter. This transfer is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR and serves our legitimate interest in using an effective, secure and user-friendly newsletter system. Please note that your data is usually transferred to a Klaviyo server in the USA and stored there.
Klaviyo uses this information to send the newsletters on our behalf. Klaviyo does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to contact them itself or to pass it on to third parties.
To protect your data in the USA, we have entered into a data processing agreement with Klaviyo in which Klaviyo undertakes to protect our users' data, to process it on our behalf in accordance with its data protection regulations and, in particular, not to pass it on to third parties.

7.3.4 Empfehlungsmarketing
We use ‘YotPo’, a referral marketing service provided by Yotpo Ltd. 400 Lafayette Street, New York, NY 10003 (hereinafter referred to as ‘YotPo’). We use YotPo for referral marketing. For this purpose, the customer can enter their name and email address in the corresponding form on our website. This data, as well as the customer's IP address, is transmitted to a YotPo server located in the USA, where it is further processed. If the friend clicks on this link, their email address and IP address are processed by YotPo in order to track which customer referred the friend as our new customer. YotPo processes the above data only for these purposes on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions. YotPo also uses cookies, which are small text files that are stored locally in the cache of your web browser on your device. There is no adequacy decision by the European Commission for the USA. Our cooperation is based on standard data protection clauses of the EU.
You may revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. Please note that in this case you will not be able to receive any rewards as described above. You can object to the collection and forwarding of personal data or prevent the processing of this data by deactivating JavaScript in your browser.
Stored data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to statutory retention obligations.
Third-party information: Yotpo Ltd. 400 Lafayette Street, New York, NY 10003, USA. Further information on data protection and data use by Yotpo can be found on the following Yotpo website: www.yotpo.com/privacy-policy.

You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, which you must assert against Google. We have no influence on this data transfer and processing by Google.
8.3 Further information on the purpose and scope of data processing by Google can be found in Google's privacy policy (http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy). There you will also find further information on your rights in this regard and settings options for protecting your privacy. The transfer of your information to a third country outside the EU is covered by an adequacy decision by the Commission within the meaning of Art. 45 GDPR, as Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield.
8.4 By clicking on the activation button on this website, you consent to Google, one of its representatives or third-party providers collecting, processing and using the data collected automatically and the data you have entered in accordance with the Terms of Use for Google Maps (https://www.google.com/intl/de_de/ help/terms_maps.html) and Google's privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de). Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser; however, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.
